A quick update

Hi Everyone,

Hope all is well in blogland. Just a quick update, to let you know my craft room is nearly finished. I have to do one more coat on the wall as it was dark blue and red, my daughter picked these colours for our grandson when he was younger, so this will be the third coat of paint, then it will be the gloss paint for the woodwork. Hopefully I will working in there by the weekend. I will take some picturesso you can see it.

Hi Everyone,

Usually on a Thursday I take my Grandson Matthew Swimming, but today he is full of cold, so we thought it would be better not to take him, so I had a little extra time to make this card. I made it for my neighbours Grand-daughter who will be one soon. Today has been a mixed day with the weather, dull this morning, then sunshine this afternoon and now it is raining, it is very queer weather we're having. We'vegot more gold medals today at the Olympics, Team GB are doing very well. Now onto my card.

Hasn't the Olympic Games been great to watch, yesterday and today, Andy Murray winning the gold medal,
and Mo Farah winning the gold in the 10.000metres, it has been very exciting.

We have had a lovely holiday, we went to Durham to stay with my Sister, we travelled around North Yorkshire and Nothumberland, went we went into Durham city, we had an unexpected visit from the Queen, we didn't know she was there, so it was a nice surprise.
