On your Special day 60th

Hi Everyone,

Well the weather has changed, it is cold and wet, it hasn't stopped raining all morning. I usually take my Grandson swimming on a Thursday afternoon after school, not today, he is off school with a chest infection and is taking antibiotics. Hopefully he will be fit for next week, I will go swimming with my Husband. We go to the local fitness club which has a pool, it is quiet and easier to swim there.  I made this for my Sister in Law who will be 60 in July. Onto my card

it's your day

It's another lovely day here in Inverness, the sun is shining although earlier there had been some showers. It 's a nice day to get the washing dry. It isn't warm enough yet to sit out in it. Cairn Terrier

I made this for a friend of mine who has helped me alot with one of classes I teach on a Monday night, she also  has a cairn Terrier, so I thought it was very appropriate. I used the stamp from a Passion for Stamps, for colouring I used my old faithfulls PMs and Flexmarkers, the papers are Papermania Permisson as is the ribbon and sentiment finished of with gems.

Singing in the rain

I thought I would make this because it is now raining after all the snow we had on Monday/Tuesday, it is really cold outside, hope it gets a bit warmer for the week-end. This is a S.W.A.L.K. stamp, I used PMs and Flexmarkers for colouring, free papers for the backing and the punched flowers and leaves,finished off with ribbon and gems. I used Nellie Snellen punch for the flowers and a woodware punch for the leaves.

I made this for my eldest Grandson who lives in Glasgow, he will be 15, hard to believe, where has the time gone. This is a Saturarated Canary digi stamp. I love these digi's. Hi everyone, This is a Saturated Canary digi image, I thought this would be alright for a teenager, after having looked at redrottie's blogspot on how to colour in, I really enjoyed doing this one, not that I haven't enjoyed it before, but to get the shaded areas I wasn't sure how to do it, it makes a big difference to the end result.

Two Hearts are one

This is for my Sister-in-Law and Brother-in-Law for their 40th Wedding Anniversary, I embossed the card with the Papermania tri-boss folder, then I used my x-cut heart-shaped die to cut the heart shapes.

Tilda in red

I decided to do this Tilda in red, I wasn't sure how it would come out. the papers are from Stampin up, I used my Promarkers and Flexmarkers. The sentiment is  LOTV finished off with rosebuds, ribbon.

This is a LOTV stamp, used PMs and Flexmarkers, new papermania papers can't remember the name, neastabilities die and memory box die, finished off with flowers and ribbon.

The Karate Kid

I made this card for my Grandson's Birthday, he loves Karate, he will be doing his Orange belt soon, in some ways the image is a bit like him. This is a LOTV stamp, I used PMs and FlexMarkers, I used papermania Me to You Spring Chic. Nestabilities die, woodware punch and LOTV sentiment.

Breakfast at Tiffanys

This is for my daughter who loves Breakfast at Tiffanys, so when I saw this Debbie Moore cd I couldn't resist buying it, I added pearls and ribbon to finish off

This is also a stamp from bunny Zoe's website, I used PM'S and Fleximarkers on this also. the Papers are Papermania Henbury Lane, I used a Nestabilities die and MS border punch and NS punch for the flowers with gems and Me to You ribbon.

Time to have a bath and a good scrub

I made this with a Stampabilities House Mouse stamp, which I managed to get off ebay, I used my PM's and Flexi- Markers, I love these stamps they are so cute. As yet I haven't put a sentiment on it. The papers I have had for a while and can't remember the name. The flowers and leaves are made with NS punch, on the bubbles I used Anita's 3D clear gloss finish. Finished off with ribbon and a bow.

This stamp I found browsing the internet, it is from @Bunny Zoe's site, I used my favourite PM's and Flexi Markers. The papers my lovely husband bought me for Mother'sDay areThe  Papermania Permisson selection,  they are  really lovely papers and have a lovely feel about them, I then  finished off with ribbon and gems.

I always find boys and men cards hard to make, I wasn't sure about this one. The Peacock is a digi download from 'A Passion for Stamps' coloured with Promarkers and Flexi Markers, the papers are from Born to Shop, go green, I used these because I thought they could be used for male or female, the border punch is MS, the Sentiment is LOTV. It seems to have worked,it was hard not to put any ribbon or gems on though as I think these always helpfinish the look of the card.

This is my new Tilda stamp coloured with PMs and Fleximarkers, used papermania spring time papers, ribbon and pearls and ribbon. For the edge I used a memory box die.

This is made with Papermania Spring Time papers,the image is one I downloaded from craftsuprint, used PM's and Fleximakers which Iam really enjoying using, the sentiment is LOTV, memory box die, nellie snellen punch for the flowers and the new card candy.
