Hi to all my crafting friends,

I am popping by to apologize for not being around very much,

I have a Slipped Disc, I haven't done much crafting at all,

I hope to be back very soon, I am taking a lot of painkillers and anti inflammatory drugs.

It is to painful to sit for to long or stand for to long.

It is so frustrating not to be able to do any crafting.

I hope you are all well and have had a lovely weekend.
