I have woken up today with a very heavy cold and a sore throat.

I hadn't been feeling great all week, so I wasn't surprised 

when I woke up this morning. 

I am taking Matthew swimming this afternoon, I think I will just 

skip the swimming and go into the Steam Room, Spa and Sauna, while he swims.
