I have used Quilted One with Bear

I am sorry this is late, I wasn't feeling to good on Wednesday and Thursday

I went for Coffee with Friends and the coffee was really Strong and it made me feel 

really ill. I do ask for weak coffee, but they never seem to hear that bit. I asked for some hot water

but it was to late by then. I am feeling a lot better now.
