We are back from the Funeral which was so sad

Pearl had asked us to wear something Black, Silver and Blue Hair

we bought a tin of Blue Stain with Glitter. Pearl loved anything glittery

there was a lot of people there. In the village the local paper had written

about Pearl and the family, if you went out into the village people would 

look at you and smiled. 

My Daughter took this photograph of us.

Thank you for all the lovely comments you have left me

it has cheered me up, I feel so lucky to have friends like you.

Pearl's funeral is on Thursday so another trip down the road

I feel as I have hardly been home this year.

Our building works are going well, we are having a Sun room

added to the back of the house, it seemed ages since we decided 

on having this done it took ages to get a Building Warrant for the build

they started the day we left home for Majorca, we were very surprised

to see how well they had got on. It is nearly finished. 

We had a lovely holiday on the Island of Majorca, we just relaxed

didn't do very much. It was very warm, helped the old bones.

I will add some photos when I get get back from Hassocks. Will I be so glad to see

2018 hopefully it can't be like this year

We received some very sad news today, our great Niece Pearl lost her battle against Cancer, she was only 10 years old she was to young to be taken from us. Marlene

I have just read on Facebook my Great Niece Pearl who is only 10 is losing her fight to Cancer, she is in hospital at the moment, she will soon be going home as this is where she would rather be with family round her. We are all devastated at this news. Marlene

Good Afternoon My Lovely Crafting Friends

Hope you are well sending hugs to those in need of them

and I hope you all had a lovely weekend.

Yesterday we got some bad news my Sister-in-Law lost her fight

to Cancer. We don't know when the funeral will be. So the rest of the family

have said to go on our holiday as the funeral will probably later rather than sooner.

My Niece's  daughter had to come home from their holiday in Greece

as she had been taken ill again, we don't know if her Cancer has returned

we will find that out next week.

Cancer is a bummer
